We've designed a 28-day Stay at Home Challenge for you! Download the calendar here and log into Wee Seeds Exercises to take the challenge.

Tick off your activity every day, and if you fancy it, take a photo, or video of yourself doing the activity and send it to us via social media, or email.

Big Seeds' CoronaCalm: Practice for Parents

The very lovely Veronica from Mindfulness Connected Learning has shared her Finding Peace Amid Uncertainty practice for parents. Try to find a space in the day where you won't be disturbed for 15-20 minutes and play this calming audio to help bring some respite from the coronavirus uncertainty.
