Big Seeds' CoronaCalm: Practice for Parents

The very lovely Veronica from Mindfulness Connected Learning has shared her Finding Peace Amid Uncertainty practice for parents. Try to find a space in the day where you won't be disturbed for 15-20 minutes and play this calming audio to help bring some respite from the coronavirus uncertainty.
