Growing Minds: Where mindfulness meets mission.

Mental health struggles don't discriminate.

Children and adults living in households in the lowest 20% income bracket in Great Britain are 2-3 times more likely to develop mental health problems than those in the highest. (Mental Health Foundation)

That’s why we're pledging to give away 5,000 toolboxes over the next five years to families living in poverty, or struggling with their mental health.

This is our new Growing Minds Programme.

By supporting Wee Seeds, you're enabling us to reach those who need mental health tools urgently. Together we can impact the current mental health crisis.

Mental health struggles don't discriminate.

So for every toolbox we sell, we give one to a family living in poverty.

That’s why for every Mini-Minds toolbox we sell through our website, we give one away to a family living in poverty. We also operate a social impact giveaway for our educators programme and employers benefits scheme.

We operate our Growing Good programme in conjunction with the social enterprise, the Growing Minds Foundation.

Families First

Wee Seeds provides an engaging, child friendly programme to support parents to establish wellbeing and mindfulness practices with their children. This not only improving mental health and wellbeing but also starts the conversation from a young age about looking after ourselves and how necessary that is, as well as modelling these important behaviours and practices as an adult.

Kin Collective

We have been delighted to partner with Wee Seeds through their ‘Pick One Plant One’ program. Thanks to this partnership we have been able to offer additional support to our members during this extremely challenging time [Covid-19], especially for those living with and caring for disabled children and young people.

The Yard

The parents found it more helpful than they were expecting - and it was great to hear from them about how it was benefiting their children and family life in general.
